New Family Member Fee
All new student-families are required to provide a one-time, non-refundable New Family Member fee of $750.00. This fee secures enrollment and helps cover the cost of maintaining and improving our facilities — including paint, landscaping, floor replacement, classroom maintenance, playground, and field repairs.
Additional Costs
Lunch (optional) — Students may purchase lunch and snacks at school or bring their own.
Uniforms may be purchased during our Uniform Fair at the beginning of the academic year.
School Materials — Each grade level has specific items to be purchased before school begins.
Bus Transportation (optional) — Contact administration for pricing.
Mandatory Costa Rican Student Insurance (Pre-K through Grade 12) — Price varies by coverage type; parents must purchase a MEP-required policy before the school year begins.
Billing & Payment
Payment deadlines: Enrollment and Materials Fee due July 1st | Monthly Tuition due August 8th. If payments are not made by these deadlines, Berkeley Academy cannot guarantee or confirm your child's enrollment, as space is extremely limited.
Please provide a copy of your payment confirmation to accounting@berkeleycr.com and admissions@berkeleycr.com. Our accounting office is open Monday–Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm.
