Building the bridge to AP-level rigor.
Berkeley Academy's Middle School rotation consists of Grades 6 through 8. In this rotation, students master skills for upper-division learning, organization, and academic independence. Students perfect their skills in the core areas of the academy — humanities, math, and science — while being introduced to local Costa Rican education requirements: Spanish, estudios sociales, cívica, and matemática. Students develop advanced skills in logical reasoning, critical thinking, and study habits as they prepare for the SAT, AP courses, and exams.
